I’m not sure whic category you are in but nearly all guys are either:

Too nervous to ever attempt to pick up a woman unless they are hopelessly drunk

Too arrogant and continuously approach girls only to be brushed off again and again

Explain you noticed her smile, eyes or hair but whatever you do, do not praise her in a sexualized way.

If you compliment her on something else other than her looks it will guarantee you stand out. Pick something else out and tell her how fantastic it is, this could be her dress, laugh or even her dancing. The more specific you are the more honest you will appear.

If you are too shy to give compliments about a girl you can use an incident or another person as a way to spark a dialogue. If there is a argument in a bar, or someone is acting the fool, you can use these situations as an ice breaker.

Whichever strategy you use to approach the woman make sure that all of it is delivered in a relaxed friendly way. Make sure you smile often and that your attention is focused 100 per cent on her at all times.
